MEBLE POLSKA 2023 – the largest furniture sourcing trade fair in Poland
On 21-24 February 2023, the next edition of the MEBLE POLSKA fair – the largest furniture sourcing fair in Central and Eastern Europe – will take place in Poznań. Registration of furniture buyers from Poland and abroad who want to participate in this event is currently underway. Visitors from 60 countries have already signed up to participate in the fair.
The largest exhibition of Polish furniture
The MEBLE POLSKA Furniture Trade Fair is the largest exhibition of the Polish furniture offer in the world. Most leading Polish furniture manufacturers will present their offer at the trade fair. In addition to regular exhibitors, there will also be many companies present in Poznań for the first time. The thematic scope of the fair will cover products from all price segments: upholstered furniture, case furniture made of furniture board and solid wood, and mattresses. Visitors will also have the opportunity to see the offer of foreign exhibitors from Ukraine, Turkey, Cyprus, Denmark, Uzbekistan, Serbia and Germany. As every year, the MEBLE POLSKA Furniture Trade Fair will be accompanied in Hall 5A by the HOME DECOR Interior Trade Fair .
Free admission only for professionals
The interest of furniture buyers in participation in the Poznań contracting event is huge. Already in the first days of registration, traders from over 30 countries collected tickets for the fair. By the end of November, visitors from 60 countries registered in the system. In addition to representatives of buyers groups and furniture chains from Europe or North America, visitors from such exotic markets as: Algeria, Saudi Arabia, China, Ghana, India, Israel, Lebanon, Mali, Mauritius, Mongolia, Nigeria, Senegal, Togo or United Arab Emirates have already confirmed their participation.
Why is it worth registering online now? Early online registration will allow you to avoid queues at the entrance to the fair, but also to save money. The representatives of the furniture industry who register online before the fair will be granted free admission to the event. After this date, the cost of a ticket for professionals will be PLN 50. – In this way, we want to encourage visitors to plan their stay and meetings at the fair in advance, allowing the organisers and exhibitors to better prepare for this event – explains the director of the MEBLE POLSKA Trade Fair, Józef Szyszka. The ticket for professionals entitles its holder to multiple access to the fairgrounds on all days of the event.

The MEBLE POLSKA Fair is the largest furniture sourcing trade fair in Poland. The last edition of this event, which took place in May 2022, was attended by over 11,000 people from 71 countries. 53 percent of visitors were furniture buyers from abroad. In addition to a large group of traders representing Polish retail stores, the Poznań fair is visited by representatives of most large European buyers groups and furniture store chains, as well as many furniture wholesalers and online stores from other continents.
